USAJeep’s Twelve 4 Twelve programme was announced at the start of 2026: one special-edition Wrangler per month, every month of the year, to mark the brand’s 85th anniversary. The seventh edition arrives in May. It commemorates three milestones at once: 85 years of Jeep, 85 years of Captain America in Marvel Comics, and the 250th anniversary of the United States. Officially licensed by Marvel.
Mechanically standard, off-road capable
The America250 is built on the Willys trim level, which is Jeep’s off-road-focused specification. That means a rear axle locker is standard, along with underbody skid plates and the standard Wrangler four-wheel-drive system with selectable low range. Three engine choices carry over from the Willys: the 2.0-litre turbocharged four-cylinder producing 270 hp, the 3.6-litre V6 producing 285 hp, and the 6.4-litre naturally aspirated V8 producing 470 hp.
Exterior
The body is finished in white. Red and blue graphics referencing the Captain America shield cover the door lower sections, bonnet sides, and tailgate. The spare tyre cover is printed to reproduce the shield directly. The soft top is denim blue. Wheels are blue with 33-inch BFGoodrich all-terrain tyres. Recovery hooks at the front are red. The colour scheme is consistent enough to read as a coherent design rather than applied decoration, which is not always the case with licensed automotive collaborations.
Interior
Blue seats carry embroidered America250 patches. Safety belts are red. The steering wheel stitching uses all three colours from the exterior scheme. The 12.3-inch Uconnect 5 infotainment screen displays a custom startup screen. All other Willys interior features carry over unchanged.
The price premium over an equivalent Willys configuration is $2,095. Sales begin in summer 2026.
Jeep's body-on-frame off-roader, sold as a two-door and a four-door with removable doors, roof and a fold-down windscreen. Petrol only for 2026 after the 4xe plug-in hybrid was dropped: a 285 hp 3.6-litre V6, an optional 270 hp 2.0-litre turbo four, and a 470 hp 6.4-litre V8 in the 392. US prices run from $36,035 for a two-door Sport to $79,995 for the Moab 392.
