The Trailseeker is Subaru's new-for-2026 electric SUV, an extended-length sibling of the Solterra sharing its e-TNGA platform and 74.7 kWh battery. Every trim runs dual motors for 375 hp and standard all-wheel drive, with up to 281 miles of EPA range. Prices start at $39,995.
The Uncharted is Subaru's smallest and cheapest EV, a compact electric crossover built with Toyota on the same platform as the C-HR EV. A single-motor front-wheel-drive Premium starts at $34,995 with over 300 miles of EPA range; dual-motor Sport and GT trims add all-wheel drive and 338 hp.

Subaru's new electric crossovers have lifted its US EV sales, but at a steep cost. Incentive spending averages $9,650 per Solterra, $9,155 per Uncharted and $8,982 per Trailseeker, against $3,036 for the gasoline Outback, and the spending has already cut into quarterly profit.
Honda is reportedly weighing a return of the raised Accord Crosstour liftback, internally called Accord SUV, for the US market with production possibly starting in mid-2029. Honda has told Car and Driver the report isn't based on any of its announcements.
Subaru has confirmed a delay to the Getaway, a three-row electric crossover it had planned to launch in the US in late 2026. The company says it needs more time to finish development and has not given a new date. The Getaway will be Subaru's most powerful production car, with 420 hp, standard all-wheel drive and up to 483 km of range.

The BRZ sports coupe was co-developed with Toyota, which sells the same car as the GR86.
